WARRANTY TERMS

Original VW car parts are covered by a 2-year unlimited mileage warranty. 

We draw your attention to several important things:

  • The warranty is provided only for original new parts;
  • Partial use claims may be made during the warranty period. The warranty period starts from the date of partial installation in the vehicle.
  • The warranty does not apply if the defects are not the fault of the seller or manufacturer. For example: due to misuse, accident, non-compliance with the manufacturer's requirements, chemical attack, etc.
  • Parts replaced during periodic vehicle maintenance, such as filters and spark plugs, are not covered by the warranty, unless the defect occurs prior to the replacement of those parts at the next periodic maintenance and if the defect is caused by a manufacturer error.

Are your parts guaranteed?

All goods sold by volkswagenoem.com have the same guarantees as when purchased from an official VW store.

How long does it take to repair / replace an item on average?

The repair time for a product depends on the availability of the product and the occupancy rate of the manufacturer's warranty center. This usually takes 3-4 weeks. Defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer in the provision of warranty service must be eliminated within the following periods: 14-21 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the warranty service or within 45 days if the part required for warranty repair must be delivered from abroad ... In all cases, warranty service must be completed as soon as possible.

Will you replace an item if the old one cannot be repaired?

If the warranty period for the product purchased in the online store volkswagenoem.com has not expired, the product will be replaced or a full refund will be made.

How do I get my money back?

When the item is returned to us, we will transfer the paid money to you within 5 business days. We will need your account number, name and order number. Read more about returning an item here. We inform you that the money for the returned goods is transferred to the bank account you specified. There is no way to return money in cash or using courier services.
